On the surface she is nice. But she diagnosed me with prediabetes, put it on the app and did not bother to even call. It was only when I checked the app a few months later, that I found out I have a condition! Find anyone else. Anyone will be better.

Dr Nagella was more concerned with the results of my colonoscopy from 5 years ago and updating my chart than addressing my current concerns. My physical lasted a whole 2 minutes. I have never left a Summit visit feeling more neglected.

Find another PCP. Tried her as a new patient since friend recommended her and she basically gave me 3-4 referrals and didn’t do any checks in the physical exam. Could not even get her to give me a standard prescription for birth control that I have been taking for 20+ years. She told me I would have to go see an Obgyn for that. I have always had my PCP give me that prescription as Obgyn had said not to come for for 5 years following bunch for normal PEPs. 4-5 phone calls to her office resulted in promises of call backs but no one ever did.

Bad. She was not helpful in diagnosing my issue or prescribing my refills. I recommend you seek another PCP

Dr. Nagella took my urgent call while my primary was on vacation. She saved my life with a quick diagnosis of the strong pains in my midsection for over a week and ordered an immediate cat scan. Turned out to be a ruptured appendix, instead of an earlier diagnose of UTI at the office. Spent 4 days at Morristown Medical Center whose surgeons stabilized me with stronger antibiotics. I have been discharged and now under the great care of my primary, Dr. Rodrigues.
