Dr. Kaveh Sadigh, MD

I have seen Dr. Sadigh several times over the last half year and am very impressed with him. He is obviously knowledgeable in his field but he is also kind, caring and personable. Appointments with him are never rushed and all my questions are thoughtfully answered. I'm so glad to be under his care.

Dr. Sadigh is one of a rare breed of doctors who distinguishes himself in his field not only with his superior expertise, expansive experience and exemplary bedside manner but also in how he treats his patients with the compassion and concern that you would expect from a family member. The level of care that he showed my mother and my entire family as we went through a difficult medical journey will never be forgotten. Every step along the way, Dr. Sadigh could easily be reached to offer clear explanations which included causes, treatments and probable outcomes so that we could make informed decisions concerning her health. With his tireless help we were confident in our decision making and that we were providing her with the best quality care possible. I will never hesitate to put myself or any family member under his wonderful care in the future. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for your patients Dr. Sadigh. Your professionalism will never be forgotten!

I am almost 90 years old. After an appointment with Dr. Sadigh, I walked out feeling like a spring chicken! Dr. Sadigh is one of the most kind and caring doctors I have had in all of my 90 years. He spends all the time I need; I’m not rushed out like sometimes happens in other offices. He reviews my many medications; we discuss nutrition specifically to my needs; he recommended a procedure to help with my quality of life issues, which has improved my condition and eliminated at least two meds from my daily routine. He gives me the confidence and reassurance I need to continue. He jokingly agreed to “write a prescription” for a 90th birthday celebration for which I was hesitant to partake. I am highly recommending Dr. Sadigh for any cardiology issues. He is knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and concerned about you, the patient.

Dr Sadigh responds quickly to any questions and concerns. He personally calls me to answer any questions or give advice. He is kind and respectful. Answers all questions in a way that can be understood. Never a long wait in his office. He sent me for testing and found I had issues that needed open heart surgery in May, 2024. Saved my life. I can not say enough positive things about Dr Sadigh. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Sadigh is a knowledgeable and wonderful cardiologist that really cares about his patients as a whole person and not just another heart. He takes his time in talking with you in a way that you can understand and gives you solid medical advice in a kind way. He was so thoughtful and would call to ensure that I was ok and how my health was. He’s the only doctor that I have had call me first. He once squeezed me in one week because he knew how important my appointment was. I recommend him to everyone I meet that is in need of an excellent cardiologist.

I was impressed with Dr Sadigh's punctuality and also his reassuring educative manner. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was highly responsive. He made certain I was able to afford my medications and listened carefully to my questions and responses. He didn't hesitate to reach out to colleagues to confer on treatment and was expedient in making the necessary referrals. I was extremely pleased with his manner, attention to detail and the office staff. When I called the office with a question my call was returned by Dr Sadigh in a very timely manner. I have confidence in his care and would highly recommend him.

Arrogant. Does not respond to patient questions and talks down to you in a passive aggressive tone. Better cardiologists out there at Stony Brook.

Dr. Sidigh is taking care of my father who has many complications and is on life support. He is thoughtful and gentle yet matter of fact. He spends a long time with us when he does his rounds at the Heart Institute at Stoney brook hospital. We are very grateful for his presence and care.

Had 4 appointments with him, he cancelled everyone. The last one never called or sent letter.
