Dr. Kaushal shah MD, the worst doctor i’ve ever seen in my entire life, he came into the room with a very bad attitude, he sat into his chair, I told him all my problems, he didn’t want to listen any of those, he didn’t want to do any examinations of my concerns, said I’m fine, I don’t have any problems, he touched my chest and knees for 2 seconds each amd says my physical is good, i’ve never seen any doctors do that so quick, I told him there are some black marks on my skin, could that be anything related to my bad health, he says go see a dermatologist, I was shocked he didn’t care about that, and second I told him I nose are always blocked, I can’t breathe, he said buy a over the counter medicine, didn’t even care to give me a name for the medicine. I told him I have other problems too, he said come again next time he will treat me for that

I came in for a physical for the first time. I am a Registered Nurse this was the worst physical I ever had in health care. I sat in a chair not even the examination table. He listened to my heart with my jacket on. Touched my stomach for 2 seconds and with two fingers touched my leg and tells me the physical is done. Does not even ask me why I am taking certain medications let alone the heart monitor I had on for that day. Took labs when I was not fasting which gives you a false reading. Inappropriate assessment, rushed, no sense of professionalism. I will never recommend anyone to go to this provider. It was a waste of my time and insulting to the profession. How can you assess someone with their jacket on and not asking about your medical history. How can you diagnosis or help someone like that. I do not recommend at all.

Perhaps he was having on off day, but I felt that he was asking questions about my mothers health history that he should have known given the fact that he has been treating her for several months. He also mentioned that sometimes the computer system is not accurate so he preferred to go by a written system. I felt that is an antiquated way of doing things that are more prone to human error.

Doctor shah has been taking care of my wife and I over 14 years he is the best doctor he gives you all his time as needed he does not rush you out he is very kind and understanding he listens when you have a problem to me and my family there is no better doctor.doctor shah wife and daughter are so kind and polite if you need to make appt they will get you in the same day great location thank you Sal and wanda

Very good dr. Very thorough and explained everything. easy to get an urgent appoinment . Staff very accommodating
