Does her homework so she is prepared when she actually sees you. Also is familiar with Medicare so she can tell you what they will or will not cover. Listens and explains clearly and does not keep you waiting. Been seeing her since 2021.

I have seen Dr. Chennapragada twice now and I have had a great experience each time. She seems to be kind, knowledgeable, honest, organized and patient. She was recommended to me by two friends (also doctors) and I'm glad I took their advice. She does book up way in advance so there were a couple times I went to urgent care while waiting for my appointment. It was not really a problem for me though. She is busy and efficient but don't mistake that for rushing-she is looking carefully at your health. Her support staff is also great.

Dr KC is excellent at listening to my concerns, obtaining the information needed to make an assessment, discussing appropriate treatment options, and making appropriate referrals when indicated. I really appreciate her focused manner of communication: responsive, clear, detailed, and pitched at just the right level.

This woman is the bomb. Love her. First time in my life I've had a primary care physician. She is the best. I don't dread going to the doctor any longer. She is very good at what she does...listens, sincere and caring, in addition to accurate and careful diagnoses.

I highly recommend Dr. Chennapragada, who is my primary doctor in the John Muir network. I have seen her on several different occasions, including my annual physical and follow up. I can attest that she has a very caring bedside manner, never rushed, listens carefully to everything you have to report, gets to the root cause and comes up with the best solution or referral. She is very knowledgeable and has the patience to thoroughly explain things in a way you can understand.

Dr. KC is fantastic! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and ensure you understand the plan for the care of your condition. She is compassionate and makes you feel heard. She placed orders for my care and obtained the authority and had the orders completed for my treatment in less than 3 weeks. The same care took over 7 months with another practice I treated with previously. I would recommend Dr. KC to anyone looking for a new PCP.

Dr C is calm, efficient, patient, empathetic, explains things clearly - and more than once when necessary! I am delighted to recommend her.

If you value your life, do not see this doctor if you are sick. She doesn't even allow you to tell her exactly what is going on with you, and jumps to her own conclusion without thorough knowledge of your individual situation.

Dr. Chennapragada is thorough, warm and takes the time to really understand me and my individual needs as a patient. She is very attentive. I feel very fortunate to have come under her care.
