I saw Dr Brown when I decided I wanted to change my lifestyle. She explains questions I have to where I understand. Dr. Brown doesn’t rush the appointments. She runs labs for a base to compare. Dr. Brown mentions if you have questions, call her office and leave a message.

Compassionate and highly effective professional!
Telehealth
Dr. Brown actively listens in every appointment, whether in person or by telemedicine. She has treated me with the utmost of respect from day one and has been my doctor for years now. She works hand in glove with my primary who is with another clinic. My AC one has gone from. 11.5 to 7.2 thanks to her as well as a steady weight loss. She is proactive in recommending medications, assists with coupon programs, works with the insurance company to get coverage, and supported me without judgment in my effort to become sober which I recently achieved before Christmas. Whether in person or online, Dr. Brown is the complete What-I-Want-In-A-Physician package: knowledgeable, caring, hard-working, and compassionate. I cannot recommend her above five stars, but know that if I could, I would give her 10!

Dr. Brown, you will be missed terribly. Dr. Brown is extraordinary in her level of understanding and true knowledge of unanswered Hashimoto's symptoms/reactions to medication, i.e., fillers/coloring/additives to medications. Dr. Brown was the only doctor in Missoula that took her time to understand my hyper-sensitivity to the additives in most medications. My body cannot tolerate any artificial colorings/fillers (talc or corn starch.) No other doctor even considered I was intolerant.

My symptoms: irritable bowel, insomnia, adrenal fatigue. Dr. Brown was not interested in me, nor did she listen to my concerns or address them adequately. She targeted only certain issues in an isolated manner rather than addressing the complex suite of interrelated issues. Unable to peg me with an allopathic diagnosis, she recommended I see a dietitian and take a different iron supplement. I eat incredibly healthfully, but my gut is not able to absorb/digest normally--why not address that?
