Dr. Katrina Harpe, MD

I’ve been with Dr. Harpe for a couple years now, and she’s absolutely fantastic. She listens to every concern, takes time to talk through everything that I bring to her, has no problem running labs if I have a specific concern, and just approaches everything she does with care, consideration, kindness, and humor. I’m someone with multiple chronic conditions that have contributed to weight gain, and so I’m used to being dismissed by doctors (even though many of my issues existed before the weight). Dr. Harpe has never been like that. The first time we talked about my weight was when I brought it up. She has always taken everything that I say seriously, and she’s very good at explaining complex concepts in simpler terms. She’s also very good about referring me to other physicians when I need it & sort of orchestrating my care amongst them all. I waited 9 months to see her for the first time - and she was worth every month of the wait.

Dr. Harpe cares for her patients, is personal and highly professional. She answers questions and does not rush her patients out the door like far too many doctors do today. My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Harpe to anyone looking for a doctor who listens and cares about resolving her patient's medical issues. We love Dr. Harpe and hold her in highest regard!!!!

She is very good with people and truly listens. She also has a sense of humor, which is a good quality.

Dr. Harpe is busy, like all doctors but she will always listen and talk to you. She is worth the wait. She cares. We all have busy lives and face it dont have time for doctors appts the patient portal helps to ask and talj when you dont have time for appt I wouldn't trade her as a doctor.

I had a bad experience with this Dr. She's cold and mean! At first I thought to give it more time but then I found a better doc. She doesn't like to run all tests you need... The less the better! When I told her I had pain that keeps coming back she just said that it'll go away! I went to a different doc. and had gall bladder stones! She's careless! I'll never forget!!!

I, and other members of my family were patients of Dr Harpe for multiple years. During that time we had issues with the doctor being flippant and unresponsive to our health concerns. She was needlessly focused on weight even when we maintained a healthy bmi and more than once her negligence resulted in worsened or extended illness and injury. I was very dissatisfied with my and my family's care and will not visit her practice again.
