Hour wait time every time you go.
Appointment was at 3:40pm came in at 3:30 and still sitting here 1 hour later. Happens every time. Glad I’m changing providers. They shouldn’t schedule people so close together if they can’t make the scheduled times.

VERY happy with Dr. Baker. I am 53, and working my way through menopause and she is the best. She has the woman's perspective, as well as the OB/GYN's. Staff is awesome, office is clean and welcoming. My former OB retired- and recommended her. I am happy he did.

First visit Dr Baker was very pleasant and very nice and helpful . On my second visit which was arranged by her surgery scheduler was not required so when I showed up Dr Baker was rude and wanted to know what I was doing there. Dr Baker explained she needed a doctors release from my doctor before she could proceed any further. I provided the requested information and they waited two weeks to notify me that she will not help me. Not sure why she doesn’t want to help me maybe it’s because I’m a senior or something else but the rudeness and unprofessionalism is just wrong. It should have never taken six months to decide she would not help me.

I am very impressed with Dr. Baker's skills, care, and knowledge. Her front office personnel, however, are unfriendly, abrupt, and seem to not display investment or ownership of their jobs. When one cares about people and their well-being, it shows. The front office staff gives minimal effort, and that's a shame because it reflects negatively on Dr. Baker, as does the excessively long wait time.

Dr. Baker is amazing! I've read the reviews about the wait time and honestly, it's well worth it for the quality of care. She delivered my preemie son in February and I was absolutely terrified but she brought me back to focus, kept me calm, and got me through the delivery. Not only that but she wasn't on call the morning I had my son but per my request with the L&D nurse a call was made to Baker and she was there in just 5 mins! She will definitely be my dr again if I have another child!

Dr. Baker is a wonderful, kind, sweet doctor. She always takes the time to listen to your concerns. She looks you in the eyes whenever you talk to her and can tell that she really IS listening to every word and concern you have. The only bad thing about this office is that it's always crowded and there aren't enough seats for everyone. Dr. Baker is a very popular, busy doctor and so it takes a long time to get in and see her, so call a few months in advance before you need to see her!!!!

This office is too busy for them to properly care for patients. So many people booked wait times are an hour at the least. You see the dr for 5 min and they only took my blood and urine one time in 5 months in high pregnancy. Never followed up with me on my bloodwork until I'd come in after going to the ER for complications, did not ask me anything about my other health conditions thru my pregnancy or monitor them and I had a late miscarriage. I wish dr baker paid more attention to each person

I could've just about cried I felt so relieved in her care. I could sense she truely cared about me, and beyond just treating physical pain, but emotional suffering. She was a shoulder to lean on. Very rare quality to find in a doctor. She is a gem. Her energy is refreshing, and she will take her time and focus in on you and listen. I will never need another doctor.

It is very difficult to get in to see the Doctor and to schedule follow ups. The office staff mismanaged my records and scheduled me for an incorrect procedure which resulted in me taking time off of work that was unnecessary and professionally disruptive. The doctor's office over books which results in wait times of 1 hour or more. The doctor seemed unaware of this but the waiting room was jammed with people that were waiting for a long time. This might be fine if you don't have a job.
