The best of the best!
I have been going to Elevated Dermatology for the past four years. I have extensive sun damage and Dr. Messana and his wife Kate are exceptional physicians. They are experts at diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. I highly recommend.

If I could give a negative star I would. TERRIBLE experience. I scheduled my daughter for a procedure 6 weeks in advance to accommodate school, dance, gymnastics etc. We got to the appointment and were told my insurance is invalid... Cant be. I called my insurance from the lobby, confirmed it, handed the phone to the manager, confirmed it. She said she has no idea what happened before but not everything was fine. Then went back to get pre-certification. When I asked why they waited until the day of the surgery to do this she said turnover. They came back and said they had some kind of computer issue and could not pre-certify. If we decided to proceed we would do so at the risk of self pay. They offered to reschedule us for a month out. Totally incompetent from start to finish. I take the time to pre-plan, take my daughter out of school early, schedule the surgery for when she will be able to recover, and they wait until the day of surgery and then fail. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
