Dr. Katie Long, MD

My family and I changed doctors after seeing Doctor Long. We did not seek Doctor Long out for my sons care... my sons Doctor left the area and we were automatically transferred to her care. Although Doctor Long has a seemingly kind approach to medicine I feel as though she uses fear tactics to gain control of her patients care and her recommendations are ridiculously expensive and invasive. She shamed my husband and I for not being able to afford hundreds of dollars worth of supplements that supposedly would help him. My son has never had any difficulties or known medical conditions except for an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis. He never demonstrated any medical need for intervention until we saw Doctor Long. Many of the conditions I hear her diagnosing other autistic kids with is shockingly similar... I highly recommend families seek a second opinion. I should have done better research before I put my son through her care.

Dr. Katie is the most intelligent physician I’ve ever met. Her attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. She has helped our family in ways I never could have anticipated, and I recommend her to every parent I meet. I hope to have her as our sons pediatrician until he is too old and they kick him out :)

Amazing experience, this doctor really cares about her patients and works off hours and helps you and communicates with other practitioners to work on very complicated pediatric cases, if you have an issue neurological or otherwise and you care about nutritional and natural approaches combined with medical science, this is the doctor for you thank you so much Dr. Long!
