Dr. Richardson is the best physician I’ve ever seen. She takes time to listen to all my concerns and offers solutions. She is warm and compassionate and I feel blessed to be one of her patients.

She patiently answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed during appointments.Her Certified Medical Assistant, Becky, is equally exceptional. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and excels in patient care. Becky is always prompt in returning messages and ensures everything is handled efficiently.Together, they make a fantastic team and provide top-tier care. In addition, they stay on top of the schedule & I am always seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time.

Everything about my visit was just perfect! I encountered five different people and they were all very friendly and welcoming. I had a mammogram and my annual female visit. From start to finish everything was organized and felt like an easy process. Dr. Richardson really cares and wants us to feel comfortable while also being so patient. Very informative and easy to talk to. I cannot say enough good things about this team! Very happy I was recommended Dr. Richardson!

Dr. Richardson is a very capable physician. But her assistants are negligent in customer service relationships. Was told appointment had to be a year in advance. Okay. But they do not reserve one over the phone or in person. They tell you they will call you back. Then they DO NOT CALL YOU BACK!I waited patiently for weeks to get an appointment. Then a message was left by a computer voice on a Friday advising me of an appointment on the coming Monday!!! Incredibly short notice. I was out of state and would not be in town. I called the office. Then the assistant said I would have to call BACK AGAIN in February!!Ridiculous!! The process of scheduling a visit is an obstacle course unprecedented in true professional medical practice. I assume the Doctor is unaware of this mistreatment. An ethical doctor would not allow their patients to receive such disregard of an individual’s time and health needs.

She take all the time that you need to answer all the question that you have. She is so helpful

As a new patient, Dr. Richardson and her staff thoroughly read through my medical history prior to entering the exam room. I appreciate their dedication to their patients.

Dr. Richardson has delivered two of my 6 babies so far. She is understanding and excellent.

I switched to this office after being at my previous provider for over a decade. I was hopeful I would like this new practice and I loved it! Everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr. Richardson's assistant was very courteous and put me at ease. (many assistants at other places seem rude to me). Dr. Richardson took the time to listen to me, answer my questions and did not brush me off or rush me out. I am so glad I made this change!
