Rushed into treatment and right back out
Had first visit which went well felt like she was very caring and wanted to do everything to help. Than had to reach out to get more meds, felt as if it was all my fault for not scheduling my second appointment, literally couldn’t get me in until 4 days after my meds had ran out. Got me all hyped up for someone that was willing to help and get me on the right track than literally felt as I was kicked to the curb. Thank goodness I hadn’t been on meds very long at all or it would have been worse than the situation I came to her about. Got to understand ppl circumstances, which was explained in the beginning. Maybe taking on more than she can handle, not sure but not happy with how I was talked to like I make the schedule and what not. Also, was charged twice for same visit. Which I had to cover the overdraft fee, they fixed it but still got stuck with overdraft fee. Had to wait 7 days to get money. Overall at first felt this is perfect quickly went from feeling like this is it to blah!

Very caring and great in her field!
She is always easy to get a hold of and if I need anything I can reach her at anytime. She also takes the time to hear about what's going on in my life and not just rush me off like most doctors do. Definitely would recommend Dr. Rutland
