Life Changing
I have been a patient of Dr Kate for twenty years and she has transformed my health. I have always struggled with obesity since I was a young woman and I had more and more issues, Dr Kate identified and treated these issues individually at subsequent appointments. These issues were causing me pain and slowly but sure we balanced the hormone issues and improved the pain relief, she is a great doctor.

My cautionary tale about this "holistic" practice
I spent years and thousands of dollars at this practice trying to figure out why I was so tired and achy. Dr. Lemmerman was caring and she listened; she also charged $200-$700 per visit (no insurance). She ultimately diagnosed me with thyroid issues and hormonal imbalance. Three different endocrinologists refused to treat me as patients if I continued to see her, but I still thought she would help me. When I asked if she would order a CT scan for a strange pain in my neck (I was also having weird heart palpitations), she said I should go to my "regular doctor." I thought I she was my regular doctor. I ended up finding a concierge practice that diagnosed my very real medical issues. This practice is so "holistic" that Dr. Lemmerman was unable to diagnose real medical issues. I ended up having neck surgery for a rare condition, and I was tired and achy because I had a gluten intolerance and was slightly overweight. Please take your health seriously and a "real" medical doctor.

Dr. Kate Lemmerman is not at Kaplan in Arlington, but at Well Being-Being Well in McLean. Dr. Kate is awesome! She's been my doctor for 6 years now and I am so very thankful. She's helped me really improve my health. Dr. Kate takes the time to listen to her patients,..she will spend an hour with you if that's what you need. She runs behind on appointment times but I don't care how long I have to wait, she's worth it!
