I really care about Dr. Kramer. She is compassionate and caring. She will usually get you to a specialist that can help with your specific malady. In my case, she believed my parasite problem was in my head. In actuality it was - immune compromised, I had a demodex over abundance on my face and arms. It also allowed the lung fluke, that both of us had, get out of control. I understand how she could think that I had nothing - there was nothing present in the stool or mucus test. Of course, I did offer to show her the parasite in question. I didn't realize that it takes 40 days+ for you to get a positive result either. She never tested my husband, even after he asked her to. The situation was rectified by another physician that specializes in parasites. My husband and I were saddened that she chose not to see us anymore. Especially after 6yrs of seeing her. We still recommend her - she is a good family doctor.

Fantastic Doctor
I read the review, I am not sure what those people are complaining about. She always spends time and addresses all concerns. People have to realize that if you have problems that are more appropriate for a hospital setting then go to the hospital!!!! I have never been rushed or treated disrespectfully. She is by far a much better doctor than most.

Staff not caring
I was supposed to be a new patient, but unfortunately after waiting months for a new patient visit, had my Medvet call and tell me I had to put down my cat of ten years an hour before my first visit. When I say that the lady that answered the phone was less than caring, that would be undermining how I felt at the time. I called as soon as I hung up with Medvet to let her staff know I needed to reschedule and I was meet with nothing but hostility. I do understand that it was an hour before my visit, but I cannot control the timing of my senior cat needing to be euthanized. I got no sorries or any empathy. I got "she won't reschedule because you called an hour before your visit." I paid my copay and did all my paperwork the night before with every intention of going to my new patient visit, but unfortunately life had other plans. It was just so much more stress than I needed on an already stressful and emotional day. I'm so saddened by the callusness I endured.

Friendly and knowledgeable
Dr. Kramer has always been friendly and concerned with my health for 7 years now. She doesn't always make you come into office for visits if you send her questions in online messaging that are easy to answer. So she's not just into it for the money, but for saving you time and money also.

Traffic Cop
Dr. Kramer does not handle any of my issues or concerns. Instead she will tell me to go to the ER, or to the Urgent Care, or to a specialist. Every time I go to the ER or Specialist it costs me and I don't have the money to go to someone else as I am on SSI and a fixed income. I want a doctor who will manage my care personally and to not be sending me to someone else to handle it. I want a doctor not a traffic cop.

Amazing Woman
I was almost put off by online reviews, but we waited so long for an opening with Dr. Kramer, we decided to give it a chance anyway. And boy am I glad I did. She is the most attentive, friendly, kind doctor I have ever seen. She keeps me updated and stays in touch regularly. When she orders labs, she does not make me come in just to have results read. She works amazingly with other members of my care team and they really streamline medication changes and testing. When I had a reaction to a med increase, she consulted me over the phone and called in meds for me without having to wait for an appointment or spend half a day in an urgent care. She cares and listens. My husband sees her too, and we hope she never moves or we may have to follow her to her next practice.

Dr. Kramer could care less about her patients. She was friendly during the first visit, but as soon as you have questions about your care, she will become very difficult to communicate with. Based on her past actions and general lack of current medical knowledge, I don't believe that she enjoys being a physician. I have seen firsthand that she provides inaccurate medical information and refuses to follow current standards of care, even when the evidence is presented to her and is in the best interest of patient care. If you have any illness more serious than a paper cut, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

I have major health issues, but my 1st appointment was moved up so that i could get in once i discharged from the hospital. Bonus point. Once in Dr. Kramer got to know me and took charge over my medical care. She pleasant and thorough. It's hard to find a doctor that is this good. I've been looking for years. Staff is pleasant has the Doctor is also. I would recommend getting in to see her before she's no longer accepting new patients!

My husband and I were in search of a new doctor when ours was retiring and I found Dr. Kramer. I have some ongoing medical concerns and was able to get in to see her the very same day I called asking if she was accepting new patients. She is very personable, thorough and has great staff. I really believe we lucked out finding her to be our new doctor.

VA Case in Toledo – Nov 22, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Kramer?
Very rude. I was transferred to her when my doctor retired. She assumed the practice and patients and she would not see me for 3 1/2 months. I had immediate medical needs and it did not matter that I was out of medicine or had concerns. Me and my husband tossed to the curb. She sent out 4 letters to make sure we knew what I had already said. If I have to wait that long, I don't need her. Non caring, both her and her person on the phone.
