Very patient and did a good job communicating
I saw Dr. Hutchinson for a colonoscopy. Her demeanor was great, she was kind and compassionate and answered all my questions. She followed up immediately after to explain everything she did and made me feel relieved.

I have been a patient of Dr Hutchins for 3yrs.I have crohns colitis and have been very pleased with her up to date knowledge ,friendly bed side manner ,willingness to carefully listen to my concerns and address my questions in a clear and understandable way.I also appreciate having a simple way of contacting her between visits for advice on controlling my condition. I find dr Hutchins a perfect mix of up to date knowledge and friendly compassionate care. She shows kind genuine interest.

I arrived at the appointed time knowing I'd have a couple of hours wait. Everyone I met was so totally super nice and helpful! It was my first procedure, so rather nerve wracking, but everyone did everything they possibly could to make me feel comfortable and more at ease, up to and including Dr. Hutchins. She was so nice and very informative, while still being professional and confidence inspiring. Thank you Dr. Hutchins and to all the Jenny Ed employees I met today, you are fantastic!

I have never met a doctor or person for that matter, that treated me so poorly as a person. Her demeanor was crass and condescending. She basically chewed me out for everything as I laid there in awe. My friend with me could not believe what she witnessed.

My mother saw Dr. Hutchins today for a colonoscopy and her demeanor was cold-hearted and crass...it was as if my mom was just a number to her. She spoke down to her and I wanted to express what happened today so someone else will know just what to expect from her.

This doctor does not listen well or care if you have thoughts on your own teatment plan. If you do not fit her mold of treatment she will decide to dismiss you, and after waiting 8 weeks for 2nd appointment too. Dont waste your time.
