Dr. Gold has been incredible and attentive to all of my needs. Despite her busy office and schedule she took the time to hear out my health concerns and come up with a treatment plan tailored to me, making sure to schedule follow up appointments to track my progress. She has been incredible helpful and great to work with.

Yes I'm not a patient of the practice, but my dad is. Its not a false review. I noticed that you have a new staff. I have a senior in my hands which their health changes at time. I'm not expecting an immediate phone call from you, but at least a returned call that the voicemail was received and the message will be forwarded over to you. I called and left voicemail for 2 days, we should have been able to reach you at least within 24-48 hrs. You never called us because your staff never forwarded the information to you. I'm not questioning your ability as a professional just the lack of professionalism of your front desk. My sincere apology if you felt this was intended to you directly. He is still a patient of the practice and he is comfortable with you. I rather not display his name

Successful, very professional. Dedicates time to each patient. Bi-lingual English/Spanish. Cares and treats each patient with kind.

How do review a Google doctor? She's more interested in looking at her computer screen than looking you. Then she stands by any claims from pharmaceutical company as opposed to what her patient's reaction to the meds she prescribes. If there is only a 1% chance of meds having a side effect I think she believes it's not worth a warning. Know your own body! Do not let your symptoms go unknown to the doctor, you may be putting the nail in your own coffin! I often wonder if doctors read these review

i have been a patient of Dr. Gold for a # of years. She provides me with all of the attention that is needed for my problem. She will find the solution to my problem and that is what i love about her. Most of the time i don't want to hear the truth, however she knows just how to deal with me. Her staff is very professional and busy... They make sure to give you the necessary appointments, test, and perscriptions. thank you all for your service.

I read the prior reviews and am pretty baffled by it. I have been going to this practice for 20+plus years. Dr. Gold's dad was my PCP, then her mom, and now her. They all took/take their job seriously. She listens to me!! I dont feel rushed. She listens, shares and gives me the care I look for. I wish there were more walk-in availability(Is there a suggestion box??) but there is only 1 doc to go around. Even if she hired more doctors, I would still only go to her so, I understand the wait

Very poor customer service, bad manners, So unprofessional, careless attitude. The sad part is the girls are doing half of their job and then you have to run back and fort to get it done. What killed me supposably doctor heard the phone conversation and did not even bother to handle the matter. So they hang up the phone on me. When I called back to talk to the doctor the girl said you call back when the doctor is not with the patient and hung up on meagain.Speechless they learn what they see

It's ok ,just sad at times you have to wait so long for an appointment and if sick at the moment you can't walk in :( have to deal with it until your appointment :(
