Practice problems
Dr. Weiss is a great doctor, thoughtful, compassionate and thorough. However the practice is not organized or trained on customer service. Mistakes are made in referral documentation and are not readily rectified resulting in diagnostic delays. I would not recommend this practice.

I was new to the area and saw Dr. Weiss as a new primary care physician in late January 2020. She noted a heart murmur (which I was skeptical about since I am a very healthy person). She listened to me and suggested the follow up with the cardiologist who confirmed the murmur and diagnosed me with Mitral Valve prolapse. After an independent second opinion (who confirmed the diagnosis), I met with the cardiac surgeon and had valve repair surgery in August 2020. In addition to being a very good physician, she conveys warmth and confidence in her bedside manner. Dr. Weiss listened to me and gently encouraged me to follow up on her observations. She saved my life - I can't thank her enough.

Dr. Weiss is a doctor with "old school" values. She actually cares, listens and works with you to diagnose and treat a problem. What a breath of fresh air in a rushed, fast-paced, current and cold medical environment. Joan L.

She is the best Doctor I have had in a long time. I have been with New West Physician for a very long time, she is the only doctor that show's she cares. I lost my husband 3-12-16, and she was there for me. Helped me through a very ruff time. I will stay with Dr. Weiss as long as I live in Colorado. Claudia Cable-Cole
