Dr. Richards was amazing! My job is very physical and has me on my feet 8 hours a day. In August of 2022, I called her office, explained my foot condition, and made an appointment. Dr. Richards was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She immediately treated my foot condition, answered all of my questions, and advised me on the correct shoe insoles to help prevent my foot condition from coming back. Now, over 2 years later, my foot condition has not resurfaced and all is well. Thank you so much Dr. Richards!

The doctor is terrible. Ants you to do all the work and offers nothing. She blew me off when I could not afford orthotics. She would not do anything to help me. She said you are just going to have pain all my life. Very lazy!
