Dr. Kathleen Outcalt, DO

This practitioner did not seem knowledgeable about a variety of topics. In fact, she actually provided me with an absolutely incorrect answer in response about the existence of a certain test. I don't know if she simply did not want to discuss the topic, or if she was truly ignorant.

Dr. Outcalt is an amazing & caring doctor. Her bedside manner, professionalism and superb listening skills are exemplary. She's been my doctor for many years & I realize she genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Outcalt consistently puts in the extra work and makes all the right calls to ensure best results. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. On top of her top notch medical skills, what really sets Dr. Outcalt apart is her bedside manner, thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and follow-up care. I didn't realize how important and unique these qualities were until my experience with other surgeons before I met her. I wish I'd met her earlier. I've rarely met a physician who's so caring and responsive. I'm very grateful for her talent and dedication to her patients.

1st visit and Dr Outcalt seemed distracted and not empathetic at all. Dr and seemed to have her own agenda and is very judgemental. Dr made several errors in her chart notes about my medical history that she placed in my file and it took several emails and multiple corrections before the file was corrected. Dr dies not seem to consider health care a partnership with her patient.
