I have been going to Dr Nichols and Dr Gruenberg for years . There very patient and down to earth professional Doctors

I have been going to Dr Nichols and Dr Gruenberg for over 20 years ! They are very patient and caring, my husband and a few handfuls of my friends have all started going to this office ! The hole staff is amazing !

Dr. Nichols has been my doctor for many years. She is always thorough and pragmatic.

I have had DR Nichols for several years I have kept her as a Doctor thinking being a female Doctor she would listen to my concerns, when addressing my health issues she only wants to focus on one thing when I explain about my pain level and where it( lower back) pain is affecting me she immediately wants to refer me to therapy, Doesn't write any scripts for pain only renewed baclofen b/c I told her I couldn't get in to the Core Institute for a month no refills on that med, She ordered no labs or further tests has my medical Hx explained pain I was feeling, months later my lab tests show kidney stones I will need further follow up tests from my Kidney Doctor to address! I'm elderly and have been suffering with extreme back pain for months which has gotten so bad I can't walk w/o a cane or walker It is with this type of attitude that I am changing my primary Doctor hope to find one that listens to you and shows concern about your pain!!

My wife had a brain hemorrhage Dec. 30, 2020. After reaching out to Dr. Nichols' (her primary care physician) office and through the portal half a dozen times, I have yet to receive a call or contact. I guess I cannot rate her as there has been no interest from her or her office to return calls or provide care. I wish they would just say, Sorry...we're busy. The contact process for her office is designed for the office benefit, not the patient. Please feel free to comment, but not during lunch I am unavailable and you are not allowed to leave a message.

Thank goodness for a doctor like this! She knows everything and doesn't even want to hear about your medical history. As she says, "We're talking about the here and now." No need to confuse her with important information about existing medical conditions.

Dr. Nichols has been my PCP for almost four years. She is the best and most caring doctor I have ever had. I wanted to see a female doctor that was in my same age range as I believed she would be able to help me navigate through numerous health issues. Dr. Nichols has not let me down. She spends whatever time she needs to with me and never makes me feel rushed. She is direct and thorough. I would recommend Dr. Nichols with no hesitation - she is awesome!
