Dr. Kathleen Mont-Louis, MD

Would not recommend. When asking questions, she didn’t have any answers. Staff was decent, but the doctors bed side manners were awful. She called in the wrong medication. Completely shut me and my husband down when trying to ask more questions. Then just got up and walked away. Then it took days for my notes to be transferred to another doctor.

I came to Dr. Mont-Louis in January 2021 after going to the ER for a burst ovarian cyst. I was new to Macon and needed an OBGYN. She ordered a pelvic ultrasound. They had to push so hard to find my ovaries that the procedure flared my endometriosis pain. When I saw her in the office and told her the pain was interrupting my sleep and ability to work, she looked like she didn't believe me. She told me to take ibuprofen and then wrote that I was drug-seeking in my chart after only seeing me once. The pain continued to worsen. I called on a Friday morning to see if she would call in pain medication. They said to send the nurse a message. After an hour and a half, I called back and got the answering service. She said a doctor would call me within 30 minutes. Another hour and a half and I am on the floor rolling and groaning in pain. I called 911. Five days later a nurse calls to respond to my message. Too little, too late.

Very very awesome. I walked into the office feeling like I was going to alienated, but it was the total opposite. Dr. Kathleen Mont Louis and her staff are super friendly with a caring approach to people like myself that were shy an uncertain. I give all the love and respect to her and her team of wonderful staff.

This doctor is outstanding. All my family have a relationship with Dr. Mont-Louis. She excels in all areas of OB/GYN. Recently she was recognized by Coliseum Medical Center for having the best Cesarean Section rate for the Coliseum hospital. She was rated as #1 for having the lowest amount Cesarean Section for the hospital.... with a rate of 14%. Her rating was well below the national (Nationwide 30%). Clearly she is high on natural birth and always support the decision of her patients. It your decision. Come see Dr. Mont-Louis

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I asked her questions about the female anatomy and on one of the answers, she lied! Also was late when delivering both my kids and only got there as their heads were coming out.

My visit was the best.They did everything that was needed being that this is going to be my first child i think every thing went great. And also i didnt have to wait long.

She's a very patient and informative doctor. She listens to your needs and she addresses all your questions and problems. I've been seeing her since I was 16, I totally recommend her.
