She is dismissive of your symptoms. She is not respectful, does not make you feel welcome and she makes you feel dumb for deciding to come to convenient care. I left with little answers to my symptoms, half of them being ignored and feeling worse than when I came.

Refused to listen to my concerns regarding my daughter. Did not acknowledge my daughter's special needs. Preformed a test that I tried telling her was unnecessary. Horrible bed side manor. When a mother of a 3 year old is crying in the doctors office and the doctor turns around and walks out.....what a terrible thing to do!

I could have died due to Dr. Megivern's extreme negligence and Covenant Clinic's failure to report test results. I contracted pneumonia and went to the Covenant Clinic. Dr. Megivern was condescending and dismissive of my concerns and pneumonia history. After glancing at my X-rays, she inaccurately reported my lungs were crystal clear! Their clinic then failed to reach me for 8 days to tell me I had pneumonia! Megivern and Covenant Clinic's negligence cost me in health & additional medical bills.
