Absolutely Not
Daughter saw this person for ongoing issues. These issues have been documented and diagnosed multiple times. Told her it’s not true that they have this issue. Would not allow her to answer questions asked. Made assumptions about family history and told them if they are going to get cancer they should hope for the good kind?!? Completely dismissive and combative.

This DO has terrible bedside manners. She was very rude and made a horrible call in my daughter's care. She told my daughter that she was not in labor and that her back pain was simply muscle pain. She made fun of her, mocked her for saying she was in severe pain and did not properly give needed medical care. She was in fact in labor, just like we tried to tell her, and the baby showing up is proof we were right and she was very wrong! She didn't have my daughters checked for any changes since she didn't believe she was in labor, there for when the baby started coming, everyone was rushing around and had less than 10 mins to delivery. Her family was not by her side, because nobody knew she was about to have the baby due to them not providing proper care! This DO was the acting floor doc, and there for her actual doctor did not even get there in time to deliver the baby. Horrible crazy experience.

5 years ago, Dr. Heer was my doctor. She was more like a mother to me. She walked me through my pregnancy with very little problems. I was very high risk so she was very helpful with taking care of me and my baby. We became so close until i sung at her wedding. I love he so much.

Very rude, has terrible bedside manners. She had just met me and started telling me what was wrong with me without even examining me. She proceeded to tell me how she has had it hard in the past so she decided to go to medical school so that she could give orders to other people. She is in no way professional and should leave her personal life out of taking care of patients. Talk with the patient before telling them what is wrong with them. Get to know your patient.
