Lacking personal treatment & no empathy After seeing Dr. Drinan she sent me for some tests. The next day after the tests I get a call from an appointment scheduler for a serious procedure. I thought the doctor should have called first and explained the results. I asked if Dr. Drinan would please call me. I have many questions and concerns. Later that day a nurse calls me back. She gave me a quick and unsatisfactory explanation on the test results. I asked again if the Dr would please call me. She said the Dr. doesn?t make calls. Just thought that was wrong in this day and age. So go somewhere else if you want a little personal attention.

doctor is fine, BUT the following really is unacceptable. I don't appreciate what happened. took my mother 88 yrs in wheelchair for scheduled appointment to find out location is closed 3 months ago. NO COMMUNICATION by letter NOR phone. I call phone # phone just rings rings rings. At least have a message stating you've moved and what's the new location and new #. When I find out new number and call, they claim they sent letter and called and they must have sent letter to old address. Odd...she hasn't moved! really... have some courtesy.

Dr Drinan has been an excellent cardiologist for me for over ten years. She is knowledgeable, listen wells, and orders tests only when necessary. She is firm in her recommendations but is also understanding and kind....always there for me when I’ve needed her!

I was absolutely devastated by the results of a 3D Echo that my Primary ordered and insisted I see a Cardiologist. Imagine being diagnosed with heart failure just shy of 60! Thise doctor did absolutely NOTHING to put me at ease, She was condescending and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I waited 2 months and worried constantly to be treated like crap. Worst medical experience I've ever had

I was reluctant to schedule subsequent visits after my initial meeting with Dr. Drinan based on how I was treated and I was right to be reluctant. I never received follow up from her office regarding the results of my echocardiogram and her office staff never followed through submitting my referral paperwork after I called to confirm after months! I had to call back to find out why it wasn't done only to find out I was requested to come in for yet another visit. Customer service is lacking!
