Dr. Boswell walked me through my choice to get an IUD. She stays up to date with the latest news around women's health, and gave me insight on what would work best for my situation. Spent enough time with me to answer all my questions, and she helped ease my worries with her kind demeanor. Definitely recommend to go see her! I personally drive ~25mins each way just to see her, she's that good :)

Wouldn't recommend. She & her nurse are friendly, but that doesn't make up for care provided. She won't give specifics unless asked, so you must know what to ask even if it's your first pregnancy. When mentioning I wanted an unmedicated birth, she recommended to "consider the Bradley method or something." No discussion of options or any support. At my due-date visit, she sprung "let's strip your membranes" on me. I felt pressure to do it though I wanted a natural birth with minimal medical intervention. At that same appt she said she was on-call that weekend (the appt was on Mon). Went into labor that Thurs, had my baby Fri. She never showed up. Found out later she was at a conference in CA. How do you mess that up? I didn't know any of the MDs taking care of me during labor. Had a c-section for fetal heart rate issues, but the BSWH team didn't keep a record of those strips so I'll never know more. BSWH Georgetown delivery rooms are just hospital rooms, not comfy at all. Go elsewhere.
