Very helpful and thorough.
I changed jobs in the last year or so and had to change insurance companies so finding new providers can be stressful when you have multiple medical conditions and issues that need to be managed. When I met with Dr. Rufner she was supportive, listened, and was willing to take on all of my needs including one that normally is outsourced to another specialist. This has been extra helpful as it is challenging for me to stay on top of all of my personal medical and mental health needs. I'm grateful she was local and I found her under my new insurance. Thank you, Dr. Rufner.

She is an outstanding physician. Although, after telling her "no" twice for a paps mere, she would not stop pushing. And thus far, it has cost me over $800 out of pocket for the basic visit. When a patient says no, it needs to be respected. It was not, and I will not return as already holding two jobs, I don't have time for a third to cover a basic exam that I was not respected with. I have a budget, that is it. Four months later, I am still receiving bills from this.

DR. Rufner showed true concern about a medication i have been on for about 4 years. She recommended i change my medication routine and wrote a note on the same day to another doctor to ensure i could get a long awaited procedure done. Thanks
