I attempted to make an appointment for my 17-year-old daughter (who turns 18 in June). The receptionist was rude and refused to schedule an appointment because of "office policy". She absolutely would not help, offer any solutions or answer any questions.

Billed $1,616.00 for out-of-network services. First, let me say that we love Dr. Nguyen. The attention she gives you, along with her professionalism, is beyond reproach. That said, we paid way more than we should have for a procedure and associated lab testing. It's obvious that the Dr's office didn't follow through with verifying coverage for the lab work, or was lax in following through to verify coverage. Either way, we are out hours of phone calls and $654 that we didn't need to pay.

Our visit with Dr. Katherine Nguyen was excellent. She was very professional and a good listener. She was thorough and knew exactly what she was doing. We highly recommend her for others.
