Lacks Empathy, Told me to Quit after one try
Did not call with results she had moments after the procedure. Told me to give up because I experienced pain after one cycle. Does not have care for patient situation, decided after she was paid for procedure we had no hope. Advised over 3 times for me to give up. Office does not work with out of town patients for blood work and ultrasounds. Horrible experience.

First time visit/consultation
First time visit with DR McKnight. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but Dr McKnight made us feel comfortable explaining common infertility issues and potential options. She also helped answer our questions with understanding and care and you can tell she’s passionate in what she does.

So pleased with outcome
After much hesitation, we finally made an appt with Dr. McKnight. A friend had used her and gotten pregnant and, after 4 years of my husband and I struggling "naturally," we were ready to hear what she had to say. She answered all of our (many!) questions honestly, with no hype. I have diminished ovarian reserve (which we didn't know until our intake appt or "one day workup") and endometriosis, so we knew the odds were against use. All the options were presented to us, but we were never pressured to go one direction or the other. She was very respectful of our initial desire to not do genetic testing. We did only one round of drugs and one egg retrieval. In part it was Dr. McKnight's excellent care and luck, but we retrieved two mature eggs that both fertilized and now I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have "graduated" to an OB. A piece of advice: don't be afraid to call. I almost missed my window to start the cycle because my nurse was out sick and I was afraid to call and seem pushy.

I was referred by Dr. Aztizirana to consult with Dr. McKnight. Dr. McKnight was very informative, knowledgeable about the services she provides, and welcoming. Dr. McKnight answered all of my husband’s and I questions without hesitation and was very straight forward. I highly recommend anyone having fertility issues to consult with Dr. McKnight.

Could not recommend CCRM more. Everyone here, literally everyone, is so kind, supportive, loving, intelligent and helpful - This is so important when fertility is already a hard road to tackle. They felt like family and it was a bittersweet ending “graduating” from CCRM on to an OB. I wish they could be alongside me my entire pregnancy!

I have Endometriosis that was discovered back in 2010, I had my laparoscopy back then and went on to have my son. In January 2017 I had my second miscarriage and I started seeing Dr. Katherine McKnight. I explained to her my endometriosis pains have gotten worse and we talked about a laparoscopy. She did not explain that a laparoscopy could result in diminished ovarian reserve. I'm educating myself more about fertility treatments and IVF and recently saw a thread on a local IVF forum discussing different doctors and clinics in the Houston area, where several ladies mentioned their doctor refuses to do the laparoscopy until after fertility treatment/IVF and they explain that it can lead to diminished ovarian reserve. My AMH was 2.07 in March 2017. My Laparoscopy was in September 2017. When my AMH was retested after a year from the laparoscopy my AMH went down to 0.83. 3.5 years later and 3 failed IUIs later, someone like me who has previously been able to naturally get pregnant 3 times.

Dr McKnight is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and she is well-supported by an incredible staff that shares these characteristics. They are very direct about plans, helping me make the best decisions, and guiding me expertly through all the steps of trying to get pregnant via IUI. I’d highly recommend this professional practice!

At 44, I thought for sure I would never, ever have a child. Dr. McKnight went above and beyond due to my age and past medical history. Her constant assurance and management of my case allowed me to now have my perfect little girl.... with out Dr. McKnight and her staff my family would not exist today.

My husband and I had a consultation with Dr. McKinght after two years of trying unsuccessfully. She recommended trying a IUI and we agreed. That was the last time we saw or spoke to her - in the consultation. We went on to have two failed IUI's and not a single phone call from Dr. McKnight or her staff.
