terrible doctor. lost hearing in me right ear due to her incompetence.

Dr. Lu was thorough in reviewing all my lab data, answered all my questions in a friendly and thorough manner, gave me good advice for how to treat my condition at-home, and was perfectly respectful in every way during the entire appointment.

Worst Doctor I have ever encountered.

Dr. Lu is amazing! She knows her stuff, is compassionate, and makes awesome use of the twenty or so minutes allocated to the appointment.

I am very pleased with Dr. Lu, she is patient, always explains in medical and non medical terms any diagnosis. I appreciate her diagnostic skill, as a scientist myself, she is the type of physician that can always relate to.

This is by far the worst doctor I've ever seen. She is very rude, rushes you out, and is the most condescending person I've ever met. She even refused to see me about a problem she said was unrelated when they clearly were and sent me home in pain. Do yourself a favor and don't see this doctor. What a horrible human being, and an even worse doctor.

Dr Lu is always a good listener and thoughtful in her responses. She recaps in layman’s terms and is comprehensive in dialog and arranging for any follow up tests or referrals. She’s “no nonsense” and direct; however, respectful and comprehensive.

Dr. Lu is thorough in her exam; clear in communicating about procedures and answering my questions.

Worst doctor I have ever experienced in my twenty-some years with Kaiser. During a phone conference, I said my symptoms were finally getting better and she could not wait to get off the phone. I had a few questions that I felt were related and she told me I was only allowed one topic per visit. She was very short with me and had a really bad attitude. Her bedside and in this case phone manner, needs a bunch of work. Then in her notes she said I was a poor historian. Give me a break! This is after talking to me for the first time for about 5 minutes. While at 70 years old, my physical body is a shadow of my former self, my cognitive skills are are just as good, if not better than hers. Would not recommend her for your PCP.

Dr. Lu seems like she is a superb diagnostician, super smart, and dedicated to her profession.; however, given the interactions I have had by email and in person, she is not a good match for my personality, she's too brusque for me.

This is my second personal visit with Dr. Lu (she is the pcp for our family & have attended many consultations) & I was extremely pleased with our consultation as she was very thorough in examining me. She clarified questions about family history medical conditions that were of concern as related to my health condition. She is extremely knowledgeable & I appreciate her medical opinion on a variety of questions I asked her! I highly recommend her!

I found Dr. Lu to be rude, arrogant and incapable of listening. I had to make a formal complaint to Kaiser about her behavior.

We arrived 5 min. early to my mom's appointment and waited in line to check in. By the time we checked in, we were considered 5 min. late. While we were in the patient room with Dr. Lu, she constantly brought up the fact that we were late, was very rude, extremely short, and condescending. I understand being frustrated when a patient arrives late, I too am in healthcare, but it is not acceptable to treat people the way she does. The least she could do is ACT like she cares about her pateints.

Doctor Lu was horrible. Zero stars. She wanted to drug me up without listening or caring about how I felt about it and when there was tension because I didn't worship her opinion and bow down to her Harvard snobbery, she put labels on my personal profile misrepresenting me, saying I had difficulty following Doctor directions, positioning my disagreement with her drug happy philosophy as I just couldn't follow directions. Huh, how'd I ever get that Master's degree. Yeesh, I'd go without doc
