Gratitude
I visit Dr. Jett about every 3 months for continued medical attention to my numerous issues. I've been seeing Dr. Jett as my Primary Care physician for nearly 10 years, and feel blessed to have her in my life. She is on top of the many medications/interactions, related issues, and need to keep up treatments and tests. There is no doubt she cares for me, and it is a great comfort to know that she will help me through the many vicissitudes of being in my late 70's. In this day where we frequently have to questions the quality of service, or care, or product, it is a joy to count Dr. Jett as a primary support system in my life. Thank you Baptist Health for supporting the work of this exemplary physician; she is a feather in your cap to be sure!

I've been seeing Dr. Jett as my PCP every 6 months or so for 5 years now. She is down to earth and listens well. Being an internal medicine specialist she of course loves lab results. She is often running behind because she only gets 15 minutes on the clock with patients but will spend as much time as needed with you.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jett for approximately six Or seven years. She was pretty great while she was still with Dr. Gatewood but has steadily declined as she left for her own practice. She used to seem more compassionate and caring but she’s lost that quality. My biggest peeve is the LAPTOP!! While I’m telling her what’s going on with me she’s click clacking away over there with no response. I can tell she’s only partly listening based on some of her responses at the end of the appointment. I mean what is she typing over there. Look at me and talk to me. Ask me questions. Make me think you care. She doesn’t even answer my questions anymore. So I’ve had to resort to moving on to finding a new PCP. My new doctor has already addressed some serious issues after only one visit. Something that should have been caught a long time ago.

Dr. Jett is very condescending. Especially to young mothers. She talks to you like you are lower than her. Her staff is an absolute JOKE and they’re incredibly rude. Rescheduling is a NIGHTMARE & if you’re 5 minutes late, forget it.. even though your wait time TOTAL is like 2 hours. Her staff hardly relays messages to her, if at all, and when they are it takes weeks to get an answer. My son had blood tests ran & when the results came back I was not even remotely alerted. So glad I left.

I have been 3 times in two years. Dr. Jett is kind and treats her patients well; but, she is painfully slow as I have never spent less than 4 hours at every doctor's appointment. I truly believe she cannot handle her patient load. Her office staff fail to inform patient of their expected wait times. Had I not asked inquired them after waiting an 11/2 hours in the WR, I wouldn't have been made aware that it would be yet another hour before being called back. I left & won't return.
