Dr. Katherine Jacob, while very sweet and kind, seems unsure of herself and quite timid in general. This would not be a problem, except I see her googling my symptoms and the difficulties I'm seeing her for, rather than having that knowledge and being able to rely on it to prescribe treatment. Because my case is a complicated one (post total thyroidectomy, encapsulated carcinoma, with complications of chronic hypoparathyroidism and chronic hypocalcemia) I need to go to someone more experienced.
