In the last week I saw Dr. Katherine Hartzell OBGYN and it was the worst doctor experience ever in my long-term history as a Kaiser member. Dr. Hartzell has very poor bedside manner. I came in for an 8-week pregnancy ultrasound and Hartzell doesn't explain the procedures she is conducting e.g. takes pictures w/o explanation. She could not locate the fetus and she did not try using abdominal ultrasound which was successful the next day with a competent OBGYN at Viewridge. What a waste of time & $
