From the check in to check out, staff is professional, kind. Dr Hall listens to you, knowledgeable in various areas,never rushes you, makes eye contact letting you know that she's listening. Very professional, covers what is going on with you and she can pick up on what you may not be saying. I can't say enough. Reviews I have read on other Doctors are fine,of course staff being kind and nice is fine. You want a doctor to take care of what is wrong with you. Kindness doesn't cure ailments. She knows what to do for your ailment and doesn't waste time getting you treated. Athens TN is lucky to have her and I hope she is around for a long time. Thank you Dr Hall. Sherry Bryan

She has been The Best physician I've had in my experience as being an adult patient! She shows that she cares by listening and is ALWAYS fair with her decisions she makes for the patient.

Dr Hall is an ok provider for my dad.! But her staff and the wait time for blood work is absolutely ridiculous!! My 65 year old father had to wait over an hour to have blood work done. This wait time was after seeing Dr. Hall.!

Dr. Katherine Hall is the most caring compassionate Dr. I have ever met. She makes you feel like you are her family. No Long waiting in the waiting rooms unless she has an emergency, always takes her time with you and explains things so you can understand . I love her she is the best!

Dr.Hall is exceptional, pays attention and doesn't rush you. She goes above and beyond to care for her patients. I will and do recommend her as one of the best physicians around.

Cancelled 3 of my scheduled appointments back to back. These appointments were scheduled several weeks in advance. Such a shame because Dr. Hall gets 5 stars for being a great Doctor but if it takes months to get in, then what are you supposed to do. Also, nursing staff does not have their act together and they are very rude. I had no choice but to change doctors.

Dr Hall is a caring Dr very professional and down to earth she tells you straight up like it is I she is very caring and passionate doctor I would highly recommend her when you are with her she takes her time with you so if you have to wait a little time that's okay good doctors are hard to find

doctor has way way too many patients. They have mixed up charts with another patient. It takes too long to get an appointment and when you finally get the appointment they always call a day before the appointment and cancel it. If you are lucky enough to actually keep an appointment it takes hours after your appointment time to actually be seen. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am currently looking for a reliable primary care physician for my husband and my daughter. So fed up with this incompetent staff. They deserve zero stars. The only reason Dr. Hall is liked is because she is down to earth and jokes a lot. Kind of like talking to your farmer neighbor. Seriously!

She is the best.

I saw Dr Hall on April 12 2019 as a new patient.She was supposed to schedule a treatment for me.. I have heard nothing from her or her staff. I have left messages for her nurse. No response at all as though I don't even exist. I have never been treated like this in my life. She is very unprofessional.This situation is just wrong. As far as I am concerned she has no ethics at all.

Would not ever refer her or Goback. I Went to her for weeks and every week she cut on my infected foot and cleaned it and did some lab work but she neglected to inform she cut all the way to my heel bone and Staff and MRSA set in and went septic in my blood stream but by the grace of God and UT hospital and doctors they saved my life, then after that we found out it had went to the heel bone and so know to this day months later I’m striving to save my foot been on UT a second time

I wouldn’t go to anyone else, she spends time and actually talks to you and helps to make a plan for treatment. I highly recommend her!

NEVER AGAIN! Dr. Hall was the primary care physician for a family member. She did not follow up promptly after ordering numerous scans, rather she prescribed medications. When asked about labs we never got a definitive answer or diagnosis. Instead of referring the patient to another physician, Dr. Hall chose to medicate the patient again! When calling the office you must leave a message, seldom did we receive a returned call. Took my family member to a new physician and now seeing results!!

Dr. Hall gave me great attention, care, concern in her treatment; was very knowledgeable, happy, and a pleasure to have as my attending physician. She is a courageous person; I would whole heartedly recommend her.
