Treats Numbers Not Patients
I was literally shocked that this provider diagnosed me as obese when she never even saw me since she was only the supervising physician. While my BMI suggests obesity, my body composition tells another story as an athlete. Doctors of Osteopathy supposedly treat patients holistically. This is clearly not the case and has caused me a myriad of problems as it’s now on my medical record. Shameful.

if there was a smaller number then 0 thats it
After having Dr Fitzgerald for more then a decade I can honestly say its been a complete nose dive of care each time i see her. She performs OMT , a 45 min appt, i have terrible pain and she massgages the pressure points . My appt went down to a half hour followed by a 15 min late appearence then a 17 min power play. Then a 5 min neck stretch by her then she says ok sit up..Do some really deep sholder rolls. And a 45 min billed appt was completed in 5 mins.:( :(WHAT! But as personal as this is its important for me to share a moment that if not for being a strong woman I woukdnt be typing this. I was going thru some serious situations in my life that were bringing me to a dark place. I sat across from my decades long drand basicslly told her i was going to take my life..I was broken. As she sat at the desk she began to type, never speaking a word. Then looked up at me telling me she emailed a 'friend' and id hear ftom him. 5 mins..As i walked out she ran out.. late for a mtg.

office receptionist
I booked weeks in advance and then got a voicemail that my appt had been changed the day before my visit. the receptionist insisted that my voicemail was full the week before but it wasn’t. she was very unprofessional, wouldn’t give me another appt until March and hung up on me. i had to keep calling for 1/2 hour before finally getting to the receptionist to rebook for March. so this review is for her office staff who could care less about your issue, and are frankly surly and totally unprofessional. and it’s the second time i’ve had to deal with a reschedule. and i wasn’t asked about going on a waitlist which most dr’s offices would offer you. so good luck getting past this gatekeeper.

Very poor knowledge in the medical arts. Needs to go back to school and learn the basics. I would be dead if I didn’t find another doctor, all my specialist told me to find another PCP and that’s exactly what I did! This lady shouldn’t have her license. VERY rude if you don’t agree with her.

I am a relatively new patient to her practice. ( 3 visits so far). I transferred to her because of others that highly recommended her too me. Dr Fitzgerald has to be one of the most compassionate and caring Drs I have ever been graced to see. I have a few things going on. She seems very eager to “ let’s get to the bottom of this” I saw her this afternoon. She went way out of her way to help me. ( the nurse I saw first was top notch too) I was beyond grateful. Seems like she has put together a great team. It’s a great feeling when people care about you. Thankyou

Dr. Kathleen Fitzgerald was my PCP for several years. She listens well and communicates well. I never felt rushed in her office. Unfortunately, she was unable to diagnose an unusual health condition, which I had been dealing with since I began seeing her. I decided to go to a new doctor to try to find some relief.

She is a good Dr but I have been in pain for 140 days and I went to her within the first 2 weeks telling her that my dentist would like her to take over my prescription of oxycodone because as a dentist he cant just keep giving scripts he could loose his license so it would be more appropriate and easier to get them from her.she said no I took other meds to try and fix the nerve damage caused by the dentist but nothing helped and the dentist had to find me anothere Dr that would but can't now
