Dr. Katherine is a great, great doctor. She is doing her best for her patient and I recommend her for every patient. She's excellent. She is very respectable. She does her best for the good of the patient and she is actually my mom's doctor as well. Thank you.

I have the best experience with this clinic. The nurses are very professional, however my doctor is definitely an incredible doctor, Azambuja. She's truly the best and I'd like you to take that into consideration so she could stay working there because she's a doctor who has a lot of empathy and is very professional. Dr. Katherine De Azambuja is an incredible medical physician who has provided me guidance and also given me confidence in taking the reins on my preventive healthcare. I had questions about a supplement I was going to begin taking, I wanted to consult with Dr. Katherine De Azambuja prior to beginning the supplement. She engaged with me and checked to verify the ingredients in the supplement GoLo had no contraindications with my current medications. She is the first physician in my 61 years 9 months of age that has ever ordered a Vitamin D level and I was extremely deficient. After 3 weeks of taking my supplement I could not believe how wonderful I felt. Dr. Katherine De Azambuja is also aware I am a primary care giver to my adult disabled daughter. She was sensitive to care giver stress and has made certain my thyroid levels are stable which is so appreciated as after my radioactive ablation in 2002 in another state, it has been on on-going challenge. She gathered information and listened actively while not just tossing off my feeling of extreme fatigue to the aging process but listened to what my baseline is and historically relevant data and ordered the appropriate lab work. I am SO grateful. I feel healthier, empowered to work hand in glove with Dr. Katherine De Azambuja and really feel this UCI Geriatric Clinic is a supportive and wonderful part of the Orange community. So so grateful! The reception entry team is always warm and friendly and Megan who took my vitals in the physician's office was calming and funny. She took two readings as I tend to have white coat high blood pressure in addition to medication managed high blood pressure. I have just ordered a new Omron Cuff and will be bringing my data back 6 months from now for a re-check of cholesterol and thyroid. Just feeling like I am a partner alongside the medical professionals gave me a frame of mind boost I needed for my health care. Being a caregiver and supporting the health of another, we caregivers often neglect ourselves. Now I am determined to gain strength and well-being and remain strong, healthy while in tandem with keeping my client healthy and strong. Grateful, Appreciative and feeling empowered with purpose! Great group at UCI Geriatrics. And I apologize for always scheduling the late appointments of the day (4:30 PM) : ) - it's when I can get away from my caregiving tasks - and I do have concerns I am keeping the medical group at work late. Very positive the stuff, including the physicians and nurses were very helpful. Very pleased with the experience and especially with Dr. Marie de Azambuja

Nursing staffs checking in me for the doctor were in a hurry and not so personal. Their mannerism was too official. A few kind words will help to the patients greatly. Thank you.

The doctors at UCI, seem to always arrive late to their appointments, by as much as 45 min.

The doctor is very dedicated, very much a good listener, and very thorough in trying to understand the patient's needs and then providing the most amount of information to educate the patient, clarify the options of treatment, and to then stay with the patient follow-up. The doctor is extremely dedicated to providing the most care possible, and that includes not only appointments, but procedures that would provide additional information so as to make the proper diagnosis. And then the follow-up is always part of the treatment plan. So she is an exceptional doctor, very pleased to have her as a primary doctor.

She is very thorough when it comes to my health. Very friendly and i will recommend her to my friends being a good doctor.
