I have seen many doctors and RAs and have always been so impressed and satisfied with care. However, I feel I finally found my forever doctor in Dr. Bouchard. She actually listens to me and shows true concern for the reasons of my visits instead of making me feel that I am unhealthy or not taking care of myself. I feel safe with her like I can talk and share true concerns without my anxiety peaking. (I have cried and walked out of some offices before) I hope she stays at BSW for a long time.

She was very thorough in getting pt HPI, asked f/u questions and did not make the problem seem like something that's so little. Gave a step by step process and was clear with what she recommends to be done.
