Very Caring and Takes Time with Patients
She spent a full 45 minutes with me talking through all of my concerns and potential solutions in lots of detail. I felt like I was able to talk through everything I wanted to in as much detail I could and didn't feel at all rushed. She is really caring and I always leave feeling like I have a good plan moving forward.

Over an hour wait times with no explanations or apologies. Took 3 weeks for me to get a prescription and never got visit notes or instructions written out based on the plan we discussed in person. No flexibility to have a different provider do procedures when she is scheduled so far out.

Excellent visit. Dr Bonsell did a good job of communication and helped me understand why I should do some Physical Therapy focused on my symptoms.
