Dr. Baldwin is kind and caring to both the patient and family. She talks things through, but never down at you—takes time to explain the what and the why. She’s patient and never makes you feel rushed, and even if you have what you might be scared are ridiculous questions, Dr. Baldwin doesn’t make you feel ridiculous in the least. She is very knowledgable but never cocky—she goes above and beyond to consult with colleagues and look into things further. The nursing and other staff are just as good in going beyond expectations. You truly feel like you have a team behind you.

What stands out most is her gentle and reassuring demeanor, creating an environment that immediately puts us at ease during each visit. Her ability to make us feel comfortable has made a significant difference in navigating medical concerns. Her empathy is truly commendable, and it goes beyond what one might typically expect from a healthcare provider. She consistently demonstrates a genuine concern for her patients, taking the time to understand their needs and addressing any questions or concerns with patience and thoroughness. This level of commitment to patient well-being is truly admirable. Although she is not our primary GI, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Her compassionate care, coupled with her expertise, makes her an invaluable resource for patients seeking a healthcare provider who not only excels in their field but also prioritizes the overall well-being and comfort of those under their care.
