An incredible doctor who truly cares about women!
I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Twist for my bilateral salpingectomy. She truly is a girls girl! The entire process from consultation to day of surgery had me feeling heard, respected, and most importantly: in complete control of my autonomy. Dr. Twist is very caring and empathetic and made accommodations to also do my pelvic exam and pap smear while I was under anesthesia, which made staying on top of my health as mentally easily as possible. I am child free and was never questioned, nor my husband asked for his permission, which was so validating. Dr. Twist's bedside manner is incredible as well, approaching me day of surgery with smiles and excitement, which was very encouraging since I have anxiety. She listens patiently to every question and answers with knowledge and care. I feel truly privileged to be a patient of Dr. Twist!
