Dr. Katelin Pannell, MD

My mother was looking for a new pcp and I am so thrilled that we scheduled her with Dr. Pannell. She and the staff have always taken such wonderful care for my mom and Dr. Pannell even called us over the weekend to check up on her personally. 10/10

After my previous doctor unexpectedly closed his practice with less than a month's time of notice, I was really worried about finding a new doctor. Thankfully, Dr. Pannell had an opening for a new patient and I was able to see her just a few weeks before my existing prescriptions needed to be refilled. I left my first appointment with Dr. Pannell feeling more heard and seen than any other doctor I can recall ever visiting. She genuinely seemed to care about my medical history and my current health-related issues and did not at any point try to rush me out of the room. (Also, finally being able to use 'MyChart' is a very valuable resource).It was great to see that she is down-to-earth, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. Hopefully, I will be able to stick with Dr. Pannell for a long time!

My husband went to the ER on 9/11/23. He was told to follow up with his PCP. It took 5 weeks to get in to see Dr. Pannell. When she came in my husband said he was glad it wasn't an emergency to see her. Her response 'if you had a dr that wasn't as popular as me, maybe you could have gotten in sooner. Needless to say we will be finding a dr that isn't as popular. My PCP has never not gotten me in if not that day at least within 24 hours..

I've been seeing Dr Pannell for almost a year and she's 10/10 the most caring and understanding doctor I've ever had. She's listened to everything I've had to say and never made me feel rushed or unimportant.

Dr. Pannell has been my primary care physician for a little over a year. She has been an excellent physician from day one. She has listened to all my issues and concerns (and I’ve had several serious conditions) and has made the appropriate diagnosis and treatment suggestions for all of them. I absolutely trust her judgment. She is also very good about using the patient portal to answer questions between office visits (and I use this feature quite often). I simply couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
