She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and takes time to connect and explain. Absolutely the best doctor I have ever had. I have been a patient for many years.

Dr. Musello has always been courteous and thorough in her explanations. She has done me a great service in explaining the limitations of the Women's Health Initiative study and pointing me to studies and medical literature that show the benefits of HRT. This helped me not only to make the decisions about HRT with menopause but also has helped in terms of determining how legitimate some of the medical advice (e.g., breast cancer risk) I am receiving from others might be. There is a lot of mistaken press about HRT and its risks/benefits.

Dr Musello is the best hormone therapy gynecologist! She knows her stuff, I would recommend her above all others.

Doesn't care about your wants and needs, only the ones she forces onto you. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Musello is very knowledgeable and professional. She's always been warm and welcoming. She takes her time getting to know the patient and situation. Staff is efficient and friendly as well.

Pretty poor. Someone should tell her she's not a therapist. Told me to leave her office only after I took off my pants. All because I didn't take her reading recommendations.

Dr Musello has been my doctor for almost 20 years. I have recommended her to several of my friends over the years. She listens to my concerns and questions, and explains her answers in laymen terms that I can understand. I always leave feeling that I have been given compassionate care.

I have seen many doctors for BHRT since the removal of my ovaries, and finding Dr. Musello has been a life saver. She listened to me, assured me and treated me. She took the time to hear me out, where other doctors were dismissive to say the least. She was also genuinely concerned about my health. She is skilled and full of knowledge on BHRT. Her and her office are attentive, supportive, compassionate and so much more.

Helpful, friendly staff. Dr Musello is the best educator of women's issues I've ever had!! Took her time, answered questions, made me feel 100% listened to.understood. Menopause expert that cares! Older office and building but clean and vet pleasant.

If you are a young woman looking for a first time gyno, this woman is not for you. horrible service and a rude doctor.

Dr. Musello is very knowledgeable about the latest studies in women's gynecological issues. She doesn't rush through the visit and takes as much time as I need. I highly recommend her.

Dirty lobby. Terrible, terrible staff. Gave this office a chance for almost 2 years. Happy to have received a recommendation to another doctor. Called that office and the experience was completely the opposite. I put up with this group because of Dr. Friedman. Will never go back.

My complaint is about the staff and the environment in general because I truly believe perception is reality. Walking in I noticed a fish tank piled with dust and the water full of alge. I was greeted by a young adult with piercings on her face and tank top shirt. Once, I was called in the nurse herself had a hicky on her neck. The Doctor was great and helpful however, the staff also was unbelievably rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. I will not go back.

Dr Musello is efficient and knowledgeable. She is pleasant to talk to and educates me each time I come in. Her staff is helpful. They said that most of the time the doctor cannot return my call because she is seeing other patients, and that's understandable.

Dr. Musello herself was amazing and she worked very well with me and my problems. However, her staff was very rude and unprofessional and it was very difficult for me to directly contact Dr. Musello. They did not make me feel welcomed or comfortable at all and I will most likely not return to this clinic.
