I've been seeing Dr S for three years now and he's been incredible. He got me over the hump for my lung issues and now I'm back to the gym like the old days. It's really been a refreshing experience given all the issues with doctors offices out there

INEPT STAFF
THIS STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEY GIVE THIS DOCTOR A BAD NAME. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. MY DOCTOR TOLD THEM TO PUT A RUSH ON A REFERRAL FOR A SPECIALIST. I CALLED A WEEK LATER AND THEY HAD NOT DONE IT AND WHEN THEY DID, THEY DID NOT PUT A RUSH.

On both of my visits to this office, I have been very impressed . The staff is courteous, helpful, friendly everyone is so professional. The waiting time is minimal, parking is convenient . I’m very glad to be a patient in this office.

Good experience
Had a great visit with the doctor this week. He spent the time to review my history and listen about my issues. Felt heard. The staff in the front was very nice as well.

Office Staff is the issue not Doctor
The physician is not the problem. The problem is his staff. Lady named Leslie was rude, I asked if I was going to get a call back from physician the next day and her response was Hmm maybe, I hope so?! That’s not a response you want to hear from your doctors office specially when you are calling cause you have problems breathing not compassionate or understanding towards patients. The doctor himself is understanding, listens and tries to figure out how to help. Manager named Samantha was more compassionate and helpful and stepped in to help out.
