Dr. Kashyap Patel, MD

The nurse practitioner Amanda is a very lovely lady and we will miss her. The doctor we only saw once in two years had issues with him also with medication and calling it in properly which he did not. They do not have enough staff in the Palm Coast office and they don't get back to you in a timely manner we're moving on.

Dr. Patel seems to be a good Doctor. I can not rate him higher than that because I only saw him one. The reason I only saw him once was because of Yolanda an d the Office Manager known as TJ. They insisted I pay a copay when I did not owe a copay with my coverage of Medicare and BCBS. After having an insurance rep call TJ , TJ retuned my copy but made me sign a document stating she returned my copay and insisted that the website said I owed a copy. I had an insurance rep call a second time and they did not answer the phone or call the rep back. TJ actually called me and said I should get a major insurance provider to change their website. The insurance provider has a means for the provider to call them and deal with these situations! I will not address Yolanda,s (the admin assistant in Palm Coast) attitude, mannerisms, and rudeness. The stress I endured trying to just do the right thing for $25.00 illegitimate charge should not be done to anyone.

Dr. Patel took excellent care of me. He took the time to explained all my lab work. When something need to be explained he went to a computer image and explained exactly what was happening. I have complete confidence in him.

I am 76. Dr. Patel is the best physician I've ever had. Never had a doctor spend so much time with me. Since he became my physician my labs have improved in every category, especially my A1C diabetes. He practices preventive medicine. The best kind.

I previously gave good review. However, I started having erratic fast heartbeats, chest pain, & visited ER for treatment during the night. I was told by numerous cardiologists/doctors that I should, in fact, get to the hospital with the symptoms I was having. Stunning to me, I was told by Dr. Patel's staff that I should not go to ER but to call them & they will decide if I should go to ER, that this is what Dr. Patel wants his patients to do. Then Dr. Patel scolded me for going to ER, gave me pills to take that ER and other cardiologists said would not work with the episodes I was having and then Dr. Patel attempted to lecture me about Medicare costs in this country when people go to ER. He also had started advertising in his waiting room on TV scroll for his patients to come to him for Urgent Care issues. Shocked my life didn't seem to matter to him, I found a caring new Dr. who tells me to go to ER as need be. I had to have heart ablation. My life matters! Crazy experience.

Staff is very supportive and helpful. never wait long when there for appointment. Dr is great and very helpful. Great medical staff (PAs)

The office staff is awful. They don't answer phones and if you are able to leave a message they don't call you back. What good is a doctor, if you can't reach him.

Very caring dr. and very knowledgeable. At times thought I'd have to be referred to specialist but Dr. Patel was able to treat. May seem a bit reserved at first, but that is just his personality. Very caring doctor. Have been going to him for years.

Dr. Kashyap Patel served my mother at her assisted living facility for 2-1/2 years, and we couldn't be happier. He was caring, highly capable, and responsive whenever we needed his help or attention with a health or administrative matter. His staff was also responsive to our long distance needs. We are grateful that our mother was in Dr. Patel's capable hands.

I have been seeing this doctor for more than 5 years, the best doctor I ever had, very polite, very smart and staff is very friendly. They see me same day when I am seek.

Totally incompetent. Does not care about patients with Diabetes and does not even look at labs timely when they come in. He discounted every concern I had. He is very patronizing.

Dr Patel, his PA, Beata, Yolanda(desk)are helpful, courteous, friendly, professional; very attentive to detail. I never feel rushed! I've been so satisfied with my care that I referred my 87 yr old mother to Dr Patel. My mom and her caregiver (my sister) were also very pleased with the level of care on each visit.

I've never had an issue with this office. I go to the one in South Daytona. Staff is great. The woman that deals with referrals has worked very hard to make sure I see who I need to. Ann is knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that I completely understand.

Will not refill prescriptions fast, three to five days. No compassion. Incompetent and uncaring.
