Rude rude staff. The end l. I will never ever come back.

This review is about Kashif A. Firozvi. His unprofessionalism and aggressive behavior is unheard of and his character speaks for itself based on disparaging remarks made to me by his own staff and other patients. I filed a formal complaint with the Maryland Board of Physicians about a recent visit I had where this provider was aggressive using his hands and raising his voice while over speaking me about a complaint I reported regarding being over-billed, waiting nearly 1 hour for a scheduled appointment, and having to experience rude staff (who during another visit was forced by a manager to apologize to me for rude, uncaring, and unprofessional behavior after not being willing to give me a bandaid following removal of an IV - a nurse staff). Thankfully, I was not there to see this provider and will continue my transfusions with my hematologist at another one of his locations by choice. The Healing Way office has very slow lines, rude staff, and uncaring provider named Kashif Firozvi

I learned more about my condition from 20 minutes with Dr. Firozvi than in my previous doctor visits over the last 60 years. And he was pleasant, too, which is a real plus in these days of high volume medicine. I highly recommend him. Oh, and the staff was the same way.

Dr. Firozvi was on time ,and always a very welcoming smile. We discussed my latest problem, and made sure I understood., and how we were going to fix it.

Admission staff are efficient and friendly. Wait times for check in are particularly good. Staff doing the preliminary medical tasks all very professional and good at what they do. Nurses are really good with needles in my opinion. Overall the staff support seems to work to give the doctor (or NP) plenty of time to do their quick check ups and give time for brief discussions prior to start of treatment. I have mostly been satisfied with time available for discussions with the doctor. I usually feel he is very busy, but there are ways to have further internet communications although I have not found that option particularly helpful.

My office visits have always been positive. It’s never been an extremely long wait, the process works very well, from checking in to checking out . Waiting areas are always clean and neat.

Dr FIROZVI takes care of her patient in a professional manner. He communicates clearly and shows lot of concerns towards her patient.

Dr Firozvi listens to his patients and considers their input in determining the best way forward in planning care.

Dr. Firozvi is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He listens and examines you and asseses your condition, and utilizes testing and all his skills to treat you.

Dr. Firozvi is an obviously competent oncologist. He is very caring. He keeps up with modern oncologic science. It is without reservation that I give him a 5 star review.

I would highly recommend Dr. Firozvi. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and above all compassionate. He has been a God send. He is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, he goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best care. His staff is always very prompt, friendly and professional. Never a wait. Luis, Sonya, Jason, Natalia and Monica have always been so kind and always on top of everything. EVERYONE in the office has been great to us. I couldn’t be more thankful to this office for the care that my dad continues to receive. Thank you Dr. Firozvi for everything that you do!

Kashif Firozvi is a hematologist who helped guide me through two unexplained blood clots that occurred successively. As part of that, he performed extensive blood tests to determine the absence of a clotting disorder. He has consistently been kind, focused, and on time. He made some important referrals for scans and an additional doctor. He’s an excellent doctor and a fine man.

Dr. Firozvi was very patient-centered. He listened attentively and individualized hhis recommendations.

I had a Sat appointment, which was great. Basically no wait before seeing Dr. He was very easy to talk to and my issue was resolved very efficiently.

Dr. Firozvi is a caring, empathetic physician who persisting in a sling questions and collaborating with my other physicians until he found the right solutions for me. No cookie cutter medicine. He sets the standard for what you want in a doctor.
