Dr. Kasha Benton, MD

First of all my wife was seen by Dr Benton. After a week went by and we had questions for her. You don’t get to talk to Dr Benton unless you’re sitting in the chair in front of her and she’s getting paid. Numerous calls messages left and sometimes we would get to talk to the nurse, the next day. Then they would try to get the answers and one time they actually called back. After she had tests and scans done and follow up was scheduled a month out. A few days before we were supposed to come for the appointment the follow up visit was rescheduled for another month. The same thing happened the next month. Dr Benton seemed like a caring and concerned and capable doctor however her administration and team not so much. I decided to take my wife to Vanderbilt. To get the test results and imaging sent to the new doctor. They want you to fax records and get signatures even though Vanderbilt patient portal has a secure link to upload the records. Very frustrating and disappointing

Dr. Benton was obviously sick during my appointment and stated she was sick but that it wasn't covid or the flu. She coughed the entire time and clearly belonged at home and I'm disappointed a doctor would show up that sick. Absolutely unhelpful and a waste of a copay.

Dr. Benton is very impressive! I highly recommend.

Dr Benton is fantastic. She spends as much time with you as needed and doesn’t try to rush you through. She listens and is compassionate and caring. She is professional, personable, and very polite. She has successfully helped me, to where as several others failed.

I had an excellent experience with her. She was so thorough and tried diligently to answer all my questions. She didn’t just push meds and took time to look at the big picture. I loved that she started with vitamins and lab work rather than just prescribe something right away.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She recommended the right combination of medicines that have controlled my seizures. She also recommended vitamins to help offset any side-effects.

My husband has been seeing DR. Benton for over a year. She has been very helpful and is such a caring person. She is knowledgeable of her patients issues, takes time to explain and listens to your questions. We will recommend DR Benton to our friends.
