Dr. Kasey McCreight, MD

Been going to Dr McCreight for a few years and not once has he done a physical exam. Been having issues with one particular problem for years and he doesn't seem to want to diagnose what's wrong, he chalks it up to something that he thinks is wrong but nothing is ever done about it. Would not recommend unless you are 100% healthy, so in other words not needing a doctor. Investigating the internet is better than going to this doctor.

Dr. McCreight is great, HOWEVER, his office staff is always so rude. It seems that every practice he works at has a terrible front desk staff.

I found Dr. McCreight to be extraordinarily compassionate and caring. However, he is part of the Centura Physician’s Group. That means he is kept so busy it makes a person’s head spin. When part of a group, like Centura, they become “factory” doctors. They must crank out patients. I’d certainly recommend him, but I really miss the days when physicians could afford to have their own offices.

I really appreciate dr. McCreight who never seems aloof or irritated with patients questions and requests, great display of the core value Excellence.

Dr. McCreight is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. He does not do routine exams such as listening to heart, checking throat, ears or probing organs for inflammation. He does not respond to messages (I've left 5), nor call when he promises to (2 times) RE results. Lab results and notes from other appointments are not recorded on the Portal. Eleven days have lapse since an urinalysis test. Both he and his staff are defensive and blame Lab Corp for this delay.

I am sad that Dr. McCreight will no longer be with PMG. He is a wonderful doctor and has helped me more than any doctor has in years. He has a great bedside manner and he really cares!! I do wish him the best! His future patients are going to be very lucky to have such a priceless gem caring for them! Thank you for everything Dr. McCreight!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. McCreight for many years. We find him to be very knowledgeable, creative and caring. We love how he listens to us and takes our opinion into account. Best doctor I have had since my childhood doctor! His staff does leave something to be desired. If he could get new staff that would be a win/win!!

Don't waste your time, keep looking. Front desk staff is rude, doctor is aloof, does not do thorough exams, struggles to diagnos issues, cancels appointments on day of appointment, last minute, etc, etc.

Suggest not using this doctor!! Unprofessionally ran office. Dr is forgetful. During annual physical exam he didn't touch me. Other docs would: listen to chest and bowel sounds, check eyes, ears, throat, hands, legs, feet, thump on torso - normal physical procedure. Not this guy. When a test is negative for a symptom, he does nothing to suggest further testing nor does he provide a referral. Does nothing at all to address the issue! Basically states "there's nothing more we can do for you".

I have been with Kasey for several years now and so is most of my family and a few of my friends. We all love him very much and love to see him when we are at our worst he always cares about my needs. The only downfall is that he is overwhelmed with patients and his front desk staff is difficult to work with over the phone and in person. The one person at the front desk I never had any problems with they let her go. He needs another physician at his office to spread out the patients.

Dr. McCreight is a good innovative doctor he understands and very compassionate with patients. He always took time to explain procedures and diagnosises. He gave plenty of alternative options to help his patients. However he is a bit spacey and loses important documents about personal healthcare situations "within his office" which is a violation of Hippa.His downfall is his staff that are untrained and incompetent and do not like to be inconvenienced to help patients and Over bill healthcare.

This is not a professionally run office. His staff sits on orders from specialists and doesn't bother sending it off to the appropriate place unless you call them and put pressure on them. It's terribly unprofessional. And the front staff is rude, particularly two women. My wife had the same experience. Park View needs to vet their employees better. The only saving grace about the place is Dr. McCreight, who is a good guy and overall competent doctor.
