one of the best!!
Dr. kossler is truly amazing. I had a lot of health issues with my last pregnancy. She took every step to make sure me and baby were safe at all times. She is compassionate and has amazing bedside manner I fell in love with her the second I met her! She made me feel so comfortable and just showing how much she cared! Truly one of the best dr in Bloomington hands down! Her staff is also amazing!!

Dr. Kossler is friendly but her current nurse is rude and condescending. They also don’t read your chart or know you as a patient. I went through chemo/radiation for cervical cancer that their office discovered yet any time I go in or call it’s as if they had no idea. They made me jump through hoops to get my hormone replacement medicine and would not help me unless I came in for follow up visits (not an exam, just to talk after I had already been on the meds for months and was doing fine) but couldn’t explain why that was necessary, as it is hard for me to get time off work after taking so much time off during my cancer treatment and recovery. I assume they want the $ from my visit. The nurse also told me that testing hormone levels wasn’t a “thing” which is inaccurate and I went elsewhere and got my hormone levels tested a few days later. I do not trust them for my care anymore. I’ve also been “forgotten about” in my room when Dr. Kossler has to leave for a delivery.

The Office Manager called 911 on me because I placed my mask below my nose. After waiting for a month for this appointment, I walked in and the girl at the front desk asked me if I had a mask. I told her I did not. She said that she had to cancel my appointment. I told her about my condition and asked if she was still cancelling my appointment and she told me I could buy a mask. She charged me for the mask and $300 for my visit. I sit down to fill out my paperwork and she opened the glass and told me to put my mask on. I did. But then pulled it down under my nose. She opened the glass again. Said to put it on up over my nose. I did. After a while, I pulled it down under my nose. Meanwhile the closest person is at least 40 feet away from me. The office manager came out and said that the CDC made a law and I will comply with it. The office manager called the police and said come quickly. The office banned me from the property and the Dr refused to see me and told me to go to the ER.

My daughter has seen Dr. Kossler for almost 2 years. Dr. Kossler is fine, but her nurse is completely unprofessional. My daughter was having cramps and excessive bleeding even when on the birth control shot, so my daughter called the office while away in college, very concerned. The nurse told her (without even seeing her) that she probably had a miscarriage. When my daughter explained she hadn't had sex in over a year, the woman called her a liar. Ever since then, every time my daughter calls the office for Depo refills, the woman is rude and says they won't refill it if she doesn't come in for appts. (She has had 2 appts/ since April 30th and that's during the Pandemic). This office is going to go out of business if this nutjob continues to work for them. I just tried to call and talk to the office manager about this person and was hung up upon as soon as the call was transferred. Ridiculous!

Overall we left our 1st baby appt being very overwhelmed and still full of questions. Switched practices & waited 2+ months for records to get sent & that was never completed. We finally walked in to grab them ourselves, later to find out we were charged for the sending of them. Basically charged for them not completing their job after requesting twice. All calls were sent to voicemail & never returned as well. Very happy with our decision to switch practices.
