Dr. Hinze never listens to her patients concerns and does not provide appropriate help and assistance her patients require. Due to her lack of understanding and care, my grandfather is constantly suffering because she refuses to listen to his concerns. When his concerns are expressed, she replies with irrelevant tasks and comments that do not adress his current issues. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Hinze to a completely healthy person.
