Dr. Karl Goodman, MD

Dr. Goodman has been my doctor for many years. I will say I liked the W.86th St. office better....better attention and more comfortable. The pandemic doesn't make calling and getting through easier....or even getting an apt. There is no way to leave an email...or text....or any message. First time I went to new place, no water cooler....middle of summer. Little things...little courtesies, but he is a good doctor, I am confident in his care. Should have more than one line....have to call many times to reach the office. Still, he will remain my doctor.

He is a wonderful doctor, but it is almost impossible to reach him by phone!!! Very difficult to schedule an appt. Someone will call you back several days later.

I have recommended Dr. Goodman to my family and friends, he has been my primary care physician for many years and has my absolute trust which is not easy to come by. He is one of my top Doctors.

I have been seeing Dr. Goodman as my internist and GP for over thirty years. He is excellent in his practice and manner. He gives a very comprehensive examination with asks lots of questions with no rush on time. When he was at the 86th location he wrote everything down and was able to access my prior files and previous discussions very quickly. He has subsequently moved a few blocks south to 84th and Central Park West, Mt. Sinai West. The office is a little more impersonal but when I needed communication with the doctor the staff responded well. To me the most important aspect is the doctor, and that's why I continue to use Dr. Goodman's services.

Dr Karl Goodmn has been my GP for several years and I feel very comfortable with him. He takex the time to explain things. He takes the blood test in the office and telephones the results a few days later. Recently he moved from West 86th Street to West 84th Street and Central Park where he shares the facility other doctors connected with Mt Sinai West Hospital. I find the receptionists somewhat problematic.
