In all my years of going the office, I always get top service. You low mark a Dr because she won't go to the hospital you want. Maybe Dr Karin replaced you with a better patient

Loved my PA and front staff. Drs. Aluino and Karin Ochoa not so much. Refused to see me after leaving for a better hospital than the one in which they practice, with both my daughters' conferencing in and were surprised at the retribution. A lawyer and doctor one daughter knows said this is most unusual behavior. One can decide to leave any hospital for a better one. Good riddance. Found a better doctor.

This is a great office all around. Office staff polite, helpful and efficient. Dr Karin Ochoa is an excellent provider. I’m a nurse practitioner myself and I have never had a doctor spent an hour and 15 minutes with me on an initial consultation and examination, and I’m not sick nor do I have a lot of chronic medical problems. She was so thorough with everything, and she actually listened to me. I have subsequently seen the nurse practitioner there and she is wonderful as well.

Nice doctor. Takes 2-3 weeks to get an appointment Staff is rude except Wilma. She is nice. Doesn't answer phone 9x out of 10
