Unprepared and unprofessional
Dr Hagen was completely unprepared for our consultation appointment. Her bio said 'I enjoy working with patients to find solutions', but we found this to be just the opposite. We heard I don't do that and I'm only here a half day and I have lots of other patients and also that no one from this clinic (Stillwater Specialty Clinic) does that! When asked if she reviewed the extensive history she said well no, this is just a consult. Very sad that we waited and looked forward to this appointment for so long.

Needs to work on her bedside manner
Competent technically, but needs to work on her beside manner. She asked me for my symptoms, and when I apparently described them too qualitatively for her liking, she snapped at me and told me to give her actual symptoms she could treat. When I told her there was no need to be rude, she insisted that she wasn't. She then left the room and came back a few minutes later bright and chipper, like absolutely nothing happened. By then I was done with her. The rest of the visit was fine, but not my responsibility as the patient to have to coach my doctor on her behavior.
